The Senior Accountant position has the responsibility of ensuring all day-to-day accounting, including tasks specific for operating assets or development stage assets under construction, are properly researched, documented, and recorded in accordance with applicable guidelines. Specifically, the supporting authoritative International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) guidance is adhered to. This person will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of our reporting processes, including such financial related items specific to adhering to the accounting guidelines.

The Accountant position will be responsible for accounting, coordination and compilation of audit requests, analysis, and financial reporting, as required. This role will assist in the preparation of balance sheet account reconciliations, accrual management, profit and loss analytics, statement of cash flow analysis (if applicable), and standardized month-end journal entry processing under IFRS and other reviews of financial data.

This Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the accounting output as well managing the Accounts Payable activities for the Offshore segment. This person will apply accounting, reporting, and internal control knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures in both US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards, as well as to certain standards as required by our external stakeholders, including subsidiaries and related investors.

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Technician, whose primary responsibilities include reviewing invoices for accuracy and completeness, sorting documents by account name or number and processing invoices for payment in the Company’s internal accounting system. Responsibilities also include payment verification and vendor account reconciliation. The Technician may perform other basic clerical duties associated with the accounts payable function including the administration of invoices to purchase orders, posting transactions to journals, project-based deliverables, recordkeeping and maintenance of physical and electronic records, general ledger reconciliation, exception management and other recordkeeping duties associated with Accounts Payable.

The qualified Advanced Wind Technician performs unsupervised field maintenances on specific turbine types and has the ability to train others on maintenances and resets for these specific turbine types. The advanced level technician is expected to understand and follow procedures as provided through service manuals, Control Instructions, Work Instructions and other pertinent documents or instructions as provided by company supervisory personnel. The advanced technician is expected to know and follow established safety guidelines and will seek guidance in matters for which they may be uncertain or unfamiliar.

L'individu travaillera avec l'équipe de développement de projets pour identifier et sécuriser de nouveaux sites, évaluer les opportunités d'acquisition et d'investissement de projets, amener les projets sous contrat à l'état prêt pour la construction et travailler avec d'autres membres de l'équipe de développement pour construire le portefeuille de projets et atteindre les objectifs de l'entreprise.

This position will focus onthe origination and project development of utility-scale renewable energyprojects (primarily wind, solar and storage) in Quebec. The individual will work with the Project Development team to identify and secure new sites, evaluate project acquisition and investment opportunities, bring contracted projects to construction ready state and work with other members of the development team to build theproject portfolio and achieve corporate objectives.
