Scope of Position

Primary responsibilities include overseeing the company’s overall digital mobility platforms, including (but not limited to), the travel management and expense programs and applicable systems. This would consist of but not limited to performing user maintenance, system training, support, expense report auditing and Travel Credit Card reconciliation. Working in partnership with the corporate finance leadership, tactical sourcing department, and the corporate assistant teams, responsibilities also include preferred vendor management related to travel and liaison with the company’s travel management provider. Additional duties comprise of reviewing invoices for accuracy and completeness, sorting documents by account name or number and processing invoices for payment in the Company’s internal accounting system. This position may also be requested to perform other basic clerical duties associated with the overall targeted function including the administration of source documents to the SAP enterprise system, posting transactions to journals, project-based deliverables, recordkeeping and maintenance of physical and electronic records, general ledger reconciliation, exception management and other recordkeeping duties associated with this role.

Responsibilities

  • Travel and expense administrative functions and support.
  • Liaison with travel management company and preferred vendors.
  • Audit expense reports via company’s travel and expense system.
  • Company Travel Credit Card reconciliation and expense report creation and submittal.
  • Monitor and follow up on aged expenses with users and their managers.
  • Complete SAP or Cloud User Acceptance Testing for processes that impact Shared Services.
  • Prepare manual ACH/Wire requests online via web portal of bank.
  • Assist external vendor stakeholders with ad hoc requests, statement audits or confirmations of outstanding payables including reconciliation of credit balances.
  • All other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor or his/her designee.

Qualifications

  • Familiarization with travel and expense functions as well as an enterprise purchasing system, including purchase requisitions and purchase orders;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, especially as it relates to vendor management and customer service.

Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED, bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting preferred.
  • Five years of computerized accounts payable experience, ideally in a midsize company with a purchasing department.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

  • Excellent organizational, analytical and development skills.
  • Familiar with various software programs including but not limited to Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter, friendly personality, and great team player.

 

Physical Requirements:

Normal physical office environment at EDFR headquarters location.

 

Working Conditions:

100% of this position will be in an office setting at the EDFR headquarters location.

 

 

Pay Range: $19.00 - $32.00 Hourly
